Shipping Information: All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of the time the order is placed. Please call or email us if expedited shipping is needed.
What do I do if I need to cancel or change an order?
Email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the four-digit order number, the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and your requested change. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.
Exchange, Return, and Cancellation Policies:
- In the event of a manufacturing error or sizing issue, clothing may be exchanged or returned for credit provided that it is unworn, unwashed, and remains in its original condition.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to receive credit. Please contact us directly before sending any returns.

- Please include a note inside the package with your name, address, order number, and requested exchange
- The customer must pay the shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for packaging the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Items must be received in sell-able condition to qualify for an exchange or credit.
- Your replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
